    Curado's

Anyone have an opinion on the new Super Free Curado as opposed to the old Super Free. Is the new one worth the 50 extra bucks ($199.99). I don't think I will make the switch.

    RE: Curado's

Are they still making the old style Curado's? An extra fifty bucks seems like a lot to me...

The old Curado can be purchased at www.cabelas.com for $99.99. This is $20 OFF. The Super Free model was $149.99 but is now $119.99. Buy them while they last... I have found no other store selling them this cheap.

Hey guys I to was suprised that Shimano increased the price on their best selling reel. I'm on the pro staff and what Shimano did was upgraded all their baitcast reels. Each reel has basically gone up a level on quality and performance. If you are a fan of Shimano and don't want to spend the extra $, you can buy the all new Citica, which basically took the place of the Curado.

    RE: Curado's

I just went to the Cabelas web site and they only have the 200B5's and some left hand reels left you can order. Great reels, sorry they went up in price, I especially like the 100's.
    Small but tough....

You're also getting an extra ounce (200 series) of weight:)! I like the ole' 8.5 oz. just fine...not sure why the weight had to go up.
