Powerpacks and the Like

Hello, everyone. Christmas is almost here and I'm dying to get my hands on one of those portable power packs. It will jumpstart a car (or boat), plug in DC (I want one that has at least two AC outlets as well), air compressor, as well as a roast beef sandwich slicer if they make that as well.

Anyway, do any of you recommend a particular brand or size? I'm going to use it camping and around the house. OK, really I just gotta have one of these babies.

I'm leaning toward Xantrex's Powerpack 400 or 600W model. I want to stay right around 100 dollars. I found a Black and Decker at Wally World; the 400 model was $100. Never really been a fan of Black and Decker, but if someone can convince me, please do so.
