Hey guys,
I have accepted a new job near Savannah, Georgia and need to sale my fishing equipment to help with the down payment on our new home. Man am I gonna miss KY and Barkley. I fished three days a week here and I'm moving to a location with little to no bass fishing opportunities available. I have 8 or so curados, many of them new this fall. Also 8 or so Loomis rods. Everything is in great shape. I also have for sale 150 pounds of hot new plastic (I haven't been fishing that long so most of it is current stuff, many Paca craws and the like). I have close to 100 Lucky Craft hardbaits and various other cranks including all major brands. 75 or so spinnerbaits, many high end and various other tackle items including a great selection of high end terminal tackle. I am not giving it away but will be offering it for a deeply discounted price. Thought I would offer it to my fishin.com friends first. I'm in Hopkinsville but I'm willing to ship if something interests you. Email me at [email protected]. Also, thanks for the interesting reading and great information many of you have provided on a daily basis. I check this site at least two or three times a day and enjoy it greatly. Best wishes and Merry Christmas to each of you.

Sorry to hear your leaving. I hope you and I get to share a day on the water again sometime in the future. Congratulations on the new position and good luck.

Email X 2
email X 3. Sorry to see you're leaving, but that area is a very nice place to move to.
Thanks to all who responded and for the words of congratulations and encouragement. By the way Dave, when I come in for vacation you are the first I will call. I hope to hit the ledges hard for a week or so this summer. I might even fish the Everstart (Stren Series) if I can find a boat to fish out of since I just sold mine. Anyway, you guys are great and I hope all of you have a fantastic season in 06. I an sending out a mass email with prices and terms and will offer the equipment and tackle on a first come, first serve basis.
Thanks,
Zach
I too enjoy the daily entries, and I wish you luck in the furture. I am sure you will be back someday. Most of us return to our roots at some point. I am sure you have mixed feelings about selling your fish equipment. I sold my GSX 750 so I could start a small thoroughbred operation for my wife, but it will take a lot more for me to sell my fishing equipment. Good luck to you!
Hey,
Some of the biggest bucketmouths you will ever find come out of the Ft. Stewart Army Base lakes just outside Savannah. Also, the Savannah River ain't no slouch either. Some of the biggest Hybrid bass I've ever seen have come out of there. If I lived near there I'd been tossin gold spoons for redfish and shrimp for trout.
I'd hold on to my stuff if I were you. You may regret it.

I am keeping some stuff for the Fort Stewart lakes. I found out about them in an article online. I will check into the Savannah more. I know they have a BFL division but none of the tourneys go out of marinas within even a couple hundred miles of me. Big river.
Thanks for the info.
I think you'll love Savannah. E-mail me and tell me what you have and what you want for the whole shootin match. rdkeen@yahoo
