Maybe I missed it but, any idea how low they are going to pull the lake down to?

It will be at normal seasonal pool levels. I.E. down in winter up in spring/summer.
The lake is at normal pool level for this time of year.
They will only drop it if a major leak is detected, otherwise normal levels.
