    RE: night fishing

for me personally i usually keep 4 rods on the deck once it gets dark. i keep a jig, a texas rigged worm, a spinnerbait, and a chugger. all darker colors. black/blue or black/red or solid black. fish everything slower than normal, slow roll the spinnerbait. they can't see it so they have to hear it. i always start fishing the bank and go deeper as needed. usually between 5-15 ft deep. something like that. try to find points with steeps sides near channels or humps with the same or old creek channels. good luck.
