    Love my Shimano's. I buy Bass Pro Shop Extremes mostly now. You can adjust the brakes without taking the side cover off and they are as smooth and cast as far if not furhter. Hate to say it but the truth is the truth. Plus you can get them on sale for about 1/3 the price of a new Curado. Will they last as long as a Curado, I don't know never had one tear up yet but had to send two Energy's back for a refund (bad right out of the box). If money is no option then Shimano has the best name but I'll take 3 Bass pro Extremes anyday. You can also get a good deal on Extreme rod and reel combo's.

    I bought 4 BPS extremes and a couple Rick Clunns this year and have really had good luck with them. Also BPS will take them back or exchange them at the first hint of a problem. They really want people to be satisfied with their named brand stuff.
