    LEDBlacklights

Does anyone use LED blacklights? or considering it? What are the pros and cons. I am looking at the Moonlite LED sold at Backwaters in somerset. What is your opinions. Will 1 work for 18ft. boat or will a person need 2?

    Thanks for you help.

I tried one last night for the first time. Love it . My partner had bought 2 halfmoons for his 21 ft boat. One for the front and one for the back. Unfortunately for him he lost one the first night out into the water and from what I hear they sink quick. We used the one he had left and it done a really good job. It puts out plenty of light and fishing lines and bank structures are clearly more visible.

Those things are great.. The size difference is the best part.. They put out a little less light than the ole original plug black light... But man are they handy to store.. the blacklights I have now take up a whole compartment.. These things you could throw in the glove box.. Cant believe I didnt think of it first. :(

They put out twice the laght as the old ones if you get the full version and they are half the size. One will work for a 21 foot bass boat!!
