Barkley cheaters

Come on, somebody has to know what is going on. When is their next court date, trial, whatever? Do you just cheat people over the years and it just goes away or what? Whats the story?

You keep referring to them as the Barkley Cheaters. Without looking it up, what were their names, and what did they look like?

Anyone may answer, just do it honestly.... don't look it up.

First off I do not remember what their names were but on the other hand why would I want too? I do remember the picture of the two though and they looked like idiots.

Dwayne Nesmith and Brian Thomas. They Fished out of a Triton. They Fished the Superbass circuit, and they stole a lot of money.

Hey, fishy remembered, but as I recall, he was one of the ones they fished against.

My point was that a few weeks ago, there was a thread about them not being allowed to fish any more tournaments. I questioned how many people would even remember who they were in 6 months. I was told unceremoniously that everyone would.

I felt pretty bad. I couldn't remember their names for a week, much less a year.

So I just asked the question.

I do believe fishy remembered, but I do wonder how many others remembered without looking it up, or having been reminded by fishy.

Just something I find very interesting.

Just like I informed you on another site you posted this same question on....call the Marshall and Lyon County courthouses to find out what the status is of thier cases. I understand you have some interest in this case but if you want the for sure information for your possible legal case you need to go to the folks to get your information and advice...an internet fishing discussion board is not the place to be trying to get legal information about a pending court case.
