green over the weekend

partner and i went to green saturday night,had several nice smallies with the biggest going 4.18. afew good largemouth and several spotted bass from 10-15 inces.caught the largemouth and smallies at night then caught many at least 60 spotted bass flippin jigs on bluff walls and buzzbaits til about 10am.had a few smallies after light too.love when they kill that buzzbait.didn't see but two boats fishin after 9pm
from taylor county to holmes bend.fished anyplace we wanted.finally saw 2 guys come by in a skeeter about 8.
just wondering what the other lakes are doing.

Sounds like the old Green River Lake :) What was the water temp? Did you see any weeds in the junk at the back of the pockets?

temp 81 when we started down to 76 when we left,cool wind blew all night.kept me off a couple good places and made it rough to fish some we did fish,it quit when the sun came up for about an hour then picked up again.didn't go into any pockets so i couldn't tell you.
