Stratos 20XL 225 V-max OX66 comments

i am looking at purchasing a 2002 Stratos 20XL with a Yamaha 225 V-max OX66. In 2004 the powerhead was replaced under warranty by yamaha. So it still has warranty till 04'. I'm looking for pros and cons to this motor and boat. I don't really know anything about the OX66s.
