    Fall Pattern

Has anyone noticed the bite picking up since the water and weather are cooling. How has the bite been for everyone fishing Barren, Rough and Nolin? I went out Sunday for half a day and caught around 25 fish. The only problem was I only caught one keeper and lost another. There was no problem cathcing the slots. Anyone catching any quality fish yet. Maybe after this week of cooler nights the bite will pick up a little more.

Went to Nolin on Saturday and caught nothing but slots. I think the weather should help, but the corps pulling the lakes might hurt. I'm just going to keep on chuckin until it improves.

BASSIN101,which lake did you go to?I went to Barren monday and just caught 4 and really had to work for them.I tried it shallow and deep with just about every bait I had.I thought monday would have been a good day with the front, but maybe I was a day late.

I went to Nolin. I caught most of my fish before 10 am. I was running aroung the lake like a mad man when the sun came up trying to find shady areas. After the sun came up I could not get bit. Seemed to get most of my bites on flat type areas with stumps. Best of luck to ya.
