i hear they are getting shallower,i crappie fish like i bass fish,put on a grub on a 16th oz head and rig u a slip bobber rig with a jig and one with a minnow find all the cover you can,sometimes now you will find a good group but usually no more than six or 8,when you pull in get bites quick and they slow leave for a few hours and come back.i prefer barren,nolin and rough,but green has good one in it they just don't get as shallow for extended time.good luck.bandit cranks in the black splatter 200's work good to if you slow roll them.
