    Are they beginning to jump. When would be an optimum time to go after these big boys when they are in the jumps.

    Was on the water Tues. morning at Wolfe and Wed. morning at Beaver. Water temp 73 and saw no jumps. Only one small fish caught.

    Have the jumps lasted long and a lot of activity or are you moving around to locate the fish? Also, has the "jumps" been an early morning or evenings. I have been fishing a couple of weekends each month pulling boards and trying to learn how to use the umbrella rig. I have not witness any jumps this year. I usually fish early in the mornings before the boat traffic gets bad around the Jamestown-Wolfe Creek area.
