wet suits/float tubes

I love fishing in my float tube, but unfortunately the water starts to get a little rough on certain areas of the anatomy this time of year. Has anyone ever used a wetsuit/diving suit during the colder months? Are they warm enough for a full day of "tubing"?

Get some good Cabelas Neoprene waders and layer under them....I strongly suggest the "Under Armor" stuff when it gets real cold.

Works like a charm.
