I'd have to clean my seats if something like that happened to me. ;)

I recently took my new boat out on Taylorsville Lake to break in the engine. After two hours of break in I opened things up to see how the boat would handle at the top end. As soon as I got up around 60mph the entire steering wheel came off in my hand and the boat veered to the left. Apparently they never installed a nut to hold the steering wheel on to the column. I would strongly recommend that anyone taking out there boat make sure to take an extra second to check your critical components.

That's scary, but unfortunatly thats not the first I've heard of. I have a couple of friends , that the same thing happened on their maiden voyage. It's a good idea to go over things really good, no matter the make or model. Things get overlooked. Good Luck with the boat...:7
