Hey Brian it's Eric from UofL. I somehow didn't save your number in my cell, so if you check this let me know what went on Friday and how I ended up. I appreciate it,

    Hey Eric

    Hello Eric,

How have you been doing? I bet your baby boy is keeping you busy, how is he doing? Do you have him a fishing pole yet?
I have had my surgery and doing good, the new hip already feels pretty good. I should be ready to start fishing again by spring. I guess you heard I hit a gravel bar on Barkely and messed up my lower unit and prop, all that has been fixed now. Well I hope all is going good for you, give me a ring sometime, the most I am doing for the next 8 weeks is learning to walk again.

    God Bless

    Greg & Brian

Hey Greg, yea the little one has been keeping me busy for the past month. Got him a brand new shimano combo for his one month old b-day...haha I might have to break it in for him. I heard about the lower unit job you did, that bites. But I see insurance paid for it. Just had liability on mine so yea the lower unit still isn't fixed...that 2 grand on a lower unit would sure buy alot of diapers and that is what its going to. Glad the surgery went well and hope you get to feeling better. I'm sure the little time you will suffer now will be well worth it in the end.

Hey Brian, thanks for letting me know. I just called down there, and they confirmed I got 2nd place and third place overall for angler of the year, thier mailing me the trophy. Poor Cody dropped to 7th and out of the money which ####, he was going in at second place. I am just totally pumped and glad to pay off some of my loans with the money. Won't be fishing it next year. I'll probably stick with BFL and I think me and Cody are going to check out the Plapp's tournaments, heard nothing but good things on this trail. Well keep in touch man, your definately a first class guy! Anytime you want to go fishing let me know. Oh yea I think I got your blue lighter, guess we got to meet up and go fishing huh? haha

    Take'er easy you all.

    Eric,

I was wondering when you were going to contact me. You ended up 2nd overall. They kept calling your name to come up and accept your award and he mumbled something that " i guess he doesnt want his free money". I guess you need to call down there and find out what you need to do to get the scholorship. Just explain you had family issues and had to get back to Louisville.

but give me a call if you need any more details. 502-327-7424 Ext 137

good job on that finish by the way.,
