fished in a small company tourney saturday. started with spinners cranks and topwater and caught a few, no keeps just slots. once the fog burned off the sun was up bright and shiny and the bite quickly went away. looked in the livewell to see if the fish puked anything up so i might get an idea for what to throw. 3 huge crawdads in there so i tied on a jig found a shady bank and started catching them really consistently. balck/blue worked best, caught a few on green pumpkin. all of the better fish were holding tight to wood.
