ABA at Taylorsville

District 87 and 33 are teaming up this weekend on Taylorsville. District 87 will be fishing Saturday out of Van Buren ramp. District 33 will be going out on Sunday at Possum Ridge.

Get there around 6:00 for registration.
This is the first tournament of the 2007 season for district 87.

Really, last year we had 19 at this time of the year. I'm looking for a full field at this years event (20) or more.
But you know how that goes. If everyone shows up, it could be close to 40. Hope you are one, do not let the numbers sway you. The changes in the ABA for 2007 are going to make it the circut to fish.

Thanks Gary I enjoyed speaking with you as well. I also was VERY impressed with the Ardent reel. I have been talking them up to the guys I fish with. I'm going to have to get one and give it a work out.

George, Yes it will be a Percy Priest. I am really looking forward to this year and all the great changes the ABA has planned for us.
I also am excited to be on the Ardent team..They do make a great reel. The only way I got the fish I did on the second day was being able to outcast the boater by over 40ft to get to the fish first. Those reels have out performed anything I have ever used, and I'm not just saying that because if my association with them. You will be very pleased with it...See you soon..:-) :-)

As you said, not trying to be a smart a__, but I noticed on one of the other boards here you sign as George Wright, and then most of the time here you sign as George Salov. Are there two of you using this handle?

Truthfully, I am just curious, that's all.

I do not know a George Wright. I either use geobass or my name. I have never used anyother sign in name.
A long time ago I used kygeorge, but that was years ago.
