Where can I post an item for sale? Is there a specific place that is appropriate?

Mike,

There are a few places to offer it up for sale. There is the community tackle box board, you can offer tackle and other fishing related stuff there, there is a hunting board that is great for guns, although some do offer guns for sale on the community tackle box, and of course there is the boat board for boats for sale.

Also Jim has started a new service where you can send him a picture of your boat for sale, and he will post it, but there is a charge for that service.

The owner does not allow free advertising for businesses though. If you have a business, and want to list stuff forsale from your business, you need to contact Peter and arange to buy some advertising.

Not sure what you have for sale, but inappropriate items won't be allowed.

I forgot to mention, you are allowed one listing on this board for an item forsale too. In fact, you can list it on each of the states discussion boards once, and i think you can have one bump.

But I'd definitely list it on the boat and the tackle box boards.

How's your boat look with the console out? I've often thought of removing my passenger console, but I can't imagine what it would look like, unless I was to buy something to kind of "finish" the area off.

Actually Danny, I have a TR-21 and purchased this console for it, but it turned out to be for another model. Rather than ship it back to the dealer I am trying to sell it.

I will need to get used to having a console there once I get one. It is nice to have all of that space.
