Where are you located? If in Lexington you should go by Backwaters and drop them off for Lanny. He has serviced my Loomis Rods for years and does a great job. :-)

Can anyone recommend a place to send my fishing rods to in order to get new guides wrapped on the rod. I have some nice rods, but have busted the guides out of a few of them.
thanks,
Jason

Where do you live? Bull Frog Creek in Louisville does it. I also have a rod wrapper here at the house If it is not too big of a job I would be glade to help you out. Ryan.
I live close to Barren River Lake
I really jsut have one or two guides broke on a few rods, probably 4 or 5 guides at most between all my rods.
This really isn't a hard job. why not give it at try at home and see what you can do. You are simply going to position the new guide, wrap with a layer of polyester or vinyl thread and they paint with an epoxy resin. Order the supplies from any fly-fishing shop and you're in business!
Give me a call and I will try to help. You out with the know how. 502-664-5921 Ryan.
