barren help

anyone been down to barren in the last few days? just looking for a starting point. temps? water conditions? any help would be appreciated.

I will be flying solo on Barren tomorrow. Taking a day off and heading down. I have no idea what to expect, but I will let you know how I do.

saturday we are. going to try some pre fishing tomorrow. I havent been to barren since about july so i was wondering what was going on down there.

I will let you know how I do. I will probably be on the water around 10 am or so. I'll be in a black Javelin, stop by if you see me out.

Sorry I didn't post anything yesterday to help you out, but there were two reasons why I didn't.

First, I was nowhere around a computer at all yesterday.

Second, I was skunked yet again on Barren. Tried the main channel and creeks with not even a bite. I threw crank baits, jigs, and even stopped by ranger bobs and got a dozen crawdads - NOT ONE BITE.

However, it was a beautiful day and i was refreshed just being out there.

hey I appreciate the attempt at least. We wound up not fishing the tournament. Things came up so we skipped it. I appreciate the attempt anyway.
