    Cumberland Sat night

A buddy and me went to Cumberland on a last minute idea. I was going to nolin but asked him did he want to try for better fish. So off we go at 7pm. We stop and got a lb of big shiners just in case nothing worked. We had a ball! The stripers wasn`t biteing on top water or any other things we had, never seen 1 only heard a splash very now and then. We I know of some points with sharpe dropoff on them and we used these big shiners and got to catching BIG spots. They all was over 15 inches and a bonus 20 largemouth and a few smallies that was 16-17 inches. We ended up bringing home a limit for him to eat. It was a perfit night,,,light wind, full moon, good company.

Good Company, you must have been speaking of the guy you was with for there was no way he said that about you. Busting your chops Doug, good to see you back at C Land. I believe it was about this time or a little later is when you busted that huge smallie down near the dam on a Fluke if I recall was it not? Nothing like night fishing in November and December, and I do mean NOTHING, BRRRRRRRR.
