Ramp at Barren

How do you get to the Allen County Boat Ramp on Barren?

Not to be smart but which ramp are you wanting to get to.
There is more than one on the Allen county side. Right now there is the one at Baily's point,walnut creek,and Browns ford all are in Allen county and there is a new one being built across the road from ranger bobs at the ****, but it will be awhile yet. I suggest going to the Kentucky fish and wildlife page go to th map section under hunting and fishing sites and pull up barren river. This has a full map of the whole state in topo and Satelite photographapy it show all the boat ramps and explains all you need to know about the whole area you want to be in. Thanks for the reply. I found out that the Mountain Div BFL will be using the new ramp next to the dam (across from Ranger Bobs). The BFL is calling the ramp,The Allen County Boat Ramp. Again thanks

Hey busman wouldnt they be using the pennisula ramp? it is also in allen and it is by the dam

When I spoke to FLW Outdoors, I was told that they planned to use a new ramp being built at the dam.
Knowing that you fish there often. Is there a new ramp being build across from Ranger Bob's?
