Does anyone here know what the stocking rate/schedule is rate for Cumberland Stripers?

I'm just curious to know because as Elwood has stated before, there is a plethora of Striper guides on the lake, this is not counting the average everyday Fisherman seeking to put some meat in the freezer. If you check out the website for Bates Guide Service you will see they keep new pictures posted on a regularly basis...all in all it looks to me like there are a lot of Striper being taken out down there. I also wonder what the average size is for the Stripers caught down there now...on a regularly back in the 80's there were some real bruisers taken to the taxidermist, I know this for a fact. Most of the pictures on Bates website looks like most of the fish are in the 8lb to 15lb category with very few "true trophy's", of course I guess everyone's opinion of a trophy varies.
