The ramp at Horse Creek is always usable. There is a tournament the week before for the last 10 years and we have always been able to use the ramp at Horse Creek. I will however be checking that before we go down and when I get there on Thursday. IF any problem I will let you know. However I do not foresee any problems and have not seen any in the past.
