Now findincrappie, I don't doubt for a minute that you're catching fish on that brown worm/gold hook/splitshot contraption...sounds a lot like finesse/Slider Worm type fishing, which I'm a fan of too. I know it works and I know you'll catch fish on it. But I'd lay odds that Billy's method of fishing that fly will take just as many right now...spots, largemouth, smallies, whatever. He has a tendency to stand in the back of the boat like Mr.Miyagi and do the wax-on wax-off...as he waxes your backside with it. I'm not that good yet, but Daniel-San still learning.

    RE: Gate at Frymans?

float an fly is sumthan i would love to try. is there a web site that will tell me the general idea. now i'm a big fan of that worm rig. i actually was young at a family's thanksgivin when i found out about it. i was fishing a small creek which feeds into rough river. i actually was by myself well it was a cold day an around 3 so u know the sun is about to go down. well i picked up a wrom well what was lefted of it a split shot where i could throw it a little way. an a gold hook i had. i through it out an let it fall. i picked it up an slam a fish hit. plucked 11 bass out of that hole. so i always go back to that rig when it gets cold an it works out good for me. well good luck fishin man.

FNF website...Hey Jim D, can you help?

    Snap,

I believe that Jim Dicken has a website devoted to the FNF. I think it is either fnf.com or else maybe floatnfly.com, I don't remember.

I am sure Jim can help with this request.

    Tight lines and God Bless

    Danny
