I caught fish most anywhere but it had to be real close to deep water and good cover,i have a few honey holes i have sweetened up with wood that i was fishing.mostly on the river ledges cover was the key to good fish and they were in it,lost a few deep in it.if you weren't on the nose you didn't get a quality bite on the shallower points and rock andwood all i got was a few crappie and short fish.There was good current all the way to conoloway and it had them positioned on spots too,seemed as if i had to use the current to get the bait to the fish.
