gained popularity in the upper mid south United States and Louisville is
conveniently located to serve the interests of the growing number of
sportsmen in our region."

The mission of the Derby City Fly Fishers, Inc. is to promote conservation
and preserve, protect and restore natural resources. It is also charged
with educating and stimulating interest in fly fishing for all species of
fish, on all waters, and to reach out to youth and encourage an interest in
the sport.
