It sort of made me sound like I completely ignored all that was there. I assure you if I had known the meeting was 6pm Friday, we would have been there at 6pm Friday. We did all we could to get there when we did after finding out the time was Louisville time not Dale time. This was the only function I was planning on attending and had every intention of fishing the tourney before leaving but when I saw the water conditions around Horse plus was on such good fish 25 miles away, I chose not to fish the tourney. I did ask if it could be moved to launch to a location where everyone would have a better chance to land one over 21 but that request was denied for I guess several already had slips in Horse Creek. I would like to learn to tie a jig sometime and maybe we could share a boat one day. March will be much better fishing around Horse and I will be fishing south of First Island beginning mid January to the end of the season so that get together will be no problem for me fishing in the tourney.
