Community tackle box update-fixed

A lot of folks have been asking why there was no activity on the community tackle box board. Most told me it was because the location was moved. Calvin just mailed me today and said when he tried to post he got a message that his post was awaiting approval or moderation.

This board was set to where all messages had to be approved. I guess that took place as a quirk in the program when I moved the board. All the messages posted since Nov 26 should be there now.
