when was the last time anybody has caught a smallmouth 9 lbs or better at dale or the tenn. river system. its been a long time & i do not believe the smallmouth record will ever be broken at dale hollow , to much fishing pressure & every dock has 2 or three smallmouth guides, i have fished dale since 1975 & i believe cumberland has a better chance than dale to produce a record fish , big lake with less pressure . jmho
