Laurel Report

Well I would like to give everybody a great report but I never had a pull down. I tried the f-n-f most of the day with no luck. I fished from Holly Bay to Grove with nothing.I dont know why I didn't get any bites early. I started fishing about 7:00am and had good conditions until probably 10:00 befor the sun got up. I would like to hear any other reports if there are any available.

I live in london and i fish laurel all the time. Me and my buddy got to go last night and try it a lil while. We fished craigs creek and rogers creek back and forth. We started at about 7:00 and fished untill 1:30. we had 3 keeper smallmouth and one that was 21 1/2 inches long. we came up on a school of kentuckys and netted 4 solid keepers. This was witout a dount the best trip we had had in a couple weeks. All of our fish came off black hair jigs and a no.11 pork in orange. If there wasnt baitfish on the depthfinder, we couldnt get a bite. we caught our fish on chunk rock and a few on a long gravel point in about 30 foot of water. we have to get on the water a lil more here the next few days to try to locate some more spots.
