    Mad Cow on Cumberland 12-27-06

Biggw and myself hit the lake yesterday. Put in at Lees Ford, fished around there for awhile in the am with no luck. Made a run out of fishing creek hitting a few cuts on the way. Had a hit on a tube and sniff on the fly but nothing. Ran up to the power plant and had three KY's, One keeper. All the time wondering if we should have stayed where we started. Ended up back in fishing creek. Found muddy water and bait fish. Had three nice Lm on crankbaits and one heavy fish that pulled off. The day ending fish came on the Mad Cow "Bandit" a bait that got a lot of smiles as I picked it up all day. But it works!! And a real fun day. :7

    Hey GW,

Sounds real familiar, I seem to remember you and I fishing that same spot several times in the past. It's a good place to get your arm broke. You and Wormin have a good time catchin some hog's. I will be down here on the Cooper fishing with Sterling this weekend.

Not everything that gets wet is pretty, but sometimes it gets pretty wet.
