Just got back tonight and it was AWESOME. Topwater, topwater and more topwater action! (Zoom Horny Toads).It's a great time to go. We had an 8.8lb and a 5.8lb plus several schoolies. 70-80 air temp and sunshine, it's only gonna get better as the new year starts. If anyone is headed down soon let me know i can give you a pretty reliable report as my buddies fish these lakes weekly. :-)

Yep that place will spoil you. Already planning my next trip down...I'm looking at the full moon in feb. should be some killer shallow water fishing with Flukes and Horny Toads.:-)

Thanks for the report. Thinking about going down to Toho. Usually fish Okeechobee but Hurricane Wilma wiped out my camping spot a couple of years ago.

Fished Ishtapoga this past Feb 2006. Weather was tough. Some fish but not a great trip.

Had the trip of a lifetime at Okeechobee in Feb 2005 ...

That looks alot like stoner. I mean the blue skys and clouds.. LOL. Nice fish man. Last two trips to stoner for me = 1 fish and 1 skunk. It has been tough, clear water and no flow. Maybe it will start to shape up after the rain.. :P
