It can be fixed if it still has half of the blade attached,they will drill a hole at the end of the crack and reweld and grind the blade then rework the whole prop,if the blade is gone it will be hard to get a run of the mill shop to fix it but specialty shops will,they will cut a blade off another prop that is useable and reweld it to your hub but it probably won't be cost effective.
