I don't fish the FOM trail. You can go to thier web site and get the results. They have not posted yesterdays results. I just noticed that thier last update was Dec 2 results

Tim Calvert and Brian Steppe from Mt.Sterling won the tournament with a 5 fish limit weighing 17+lbs. Tim reported most of their fish came on an early morning crankbait bite, down the lake. 2nd place went to Doyle Epperson and Jamey Halcomb, I didn't get a report from them on how they caught their fish.

3rd thru 7th place 10-14 lbs sacks. Mostly mixed bags. Some guys are on them, some are not. Lots of fish weighed in, but many were spotted bass bags.

The Fly bite is off right now for the most part, shakey head worm, crankbait, and jig are the big producers. Lots of big smallmouth, but most couldn't put together a 5 fish limit. Lower end seems to be the ticket for the big brown fish right now.

It will be a few days before I can get standings up on the website, I usually have them up within 48 hours, but I actually have to wait on a few updates to happen first because of the new year.

I'll post results from the New Years Day Open tomorrow night here on fishin.com.
