Ky Lake Conditions????

Considering taking off Friday to head to Ky for a day of FNF action if my shoulder will let me. Wondering what the latest water temps and water clarity are for the area around the Sugar, Duncan, and Smith Bay's area please? If I decide to go, my boat will fish 3 comfortably and anyone is welcome to tag along or meet me at the ramp. I will most likely put in at the Ky Lake Dam Marina and run to my spots from there. Targeting Smallies and planning on FNF all day if the water clarity is good. Thanks for the advance information

I didn't make it over to the big lake last week end but Barkley was in good shape. It had some color as Barkley usually does but KY should be clearer. Both lakes rose a bit after that rain and the current is up but I would think that could make for an interesting bite on the outer points of those big bays. If I could get away I would love to join you but between work and youth activities Saturday is my only window. I dabbled with FNF on Barkley and actually had some action for a first timer. Elwood: Water level is 1.5 ft above winter pool. Surface Temp this morning was still 48. Water clarity good. There is some light current (around 50,000 cfs) on the lake)
