I found a nice small cabin that I can actually afford. I have some concerns.

1) I live 7 hours away. Too far for a weekend place??? Upkeep?

2) The cabin is located near Paris/Big Sandy area. I fish about 6-8 tournaments a year out of either the dam, Moors or Kuttawa. I am sure that is probably a 1.25 hour drive. Not real convenient.


Good things

1) I fish the Blood River South a lot as well as Little River South.

2) Its priced right and I think a good investment as well as a place to getaway!!
