You will have upkeep--- mowing weedeating, picking up yard,roofing etc.etc. You might opt for a small used house boat and you can slip your bass boat in the same slip. You do have the slip rent and you will have to wash the boat or have it washed. about once a month. If it isn't what you want move it to a lake closer to where you live.
