Hello, I'm New To The Site But Am Interested In The Seminar. My Father-in-law Has A Houseboat At Hendricks So I Might Stay There But Was Curious About The Schedule And Times For The Events?

I don't think I can make it we are planing a family get together at Disney Land that weekend. If it falls apart I will be there I had a great time at the first one.

Hellow guys,float and fly has not been the best this year,but with highs in the 30's all week it;s going to drop the temp quickly I hope feb is better and i think it will be,catching 2 to 5 fish daily on the fly,had one day all winter where i caught 14. but the yellow jig fishing is great,david duvall had 11 thurs. and 13 friday.I haven't been my steal plate in my neck is acting up,water temp.droping fast,feb fish start feeding up for spawning,should be alsome,look for bog fish in feb.and march not NO#P.S. ONE OF A LIFETIME.

6pm Friday Night City Cafe in Celina dinner and seminar on how to rig the float and fly and Q and A about where to fish it.

6AM to 7:30 AM Breakfast at the motel at Horse Creek.
7:30 AM Casting demonstration at Horse Creek Dock
8:00 AM Big Fish Tournament till 3PM $10.00 winner take all.

6PM Dinner at the City Cafe in Celina www.Dalehollowcitycafe.com

Sunday? Last time most of the guys left some stayed and fished.. IF we have enough for a second day Big Fish Tournament we will have one.

I might also add a little FlyTying/Jam Session in the Hotel cabin after dinner on Fri night and possibly Sat night as well. Anyone that plays an instrument please bring it and join in.

Yeah bring your stuff. I'd like to have at least 2-3 vises going. May try to get someone to DONATE some craft hair and some hooks. I'll take care of the powder painting.

Yes ,I know where we can get some craft hair and be glad to join in.iT'S been a few years but i heard it's just like ridding a bicycle,you don't forget,working on video,went to TABLE ROCK,got to fish with,charlie cambell,one of the old timers,Qualified for bass master classic 5 times and his name was the first on a zara spook,caught 8 fish on the float and fly first day biggest was 3 to 31/2 lb.large mouth,caught mostly largemouth,and a few spots ,but charlie cambell was very impressed with this method,2 day we went to a creek arm and he wanted to see if spots would come up out of 30 feet and get the fly first cast,13 to 15 inch spot then 13 to 15 inch smallmouth,he thought that was a good smallmouth,I TOLD HIM TO COME TO DALE HOLLOW WE WOULD SHOW HIM SOME GOOD SMALLMOUTH,SO HIM AND JOHNNY MORRIS ARE COMING DOWN,we are just spolled rotten.but he was very impressed with not just the method but how many largemouth we caught,I told him if a fish suspends, they will hit the float and fly.guru
