Bump, to try and gegt some feed back...

I bought my boat and it came with a Lorance X51 Depth Finder, the Transducer is installed already...My question is if I bought a Lorance 522C, will the transducer already installed in my boat and power cables work on the (New) Lorance 522C Gps Model. Or will I have to install the new Transducer and power cables that come with the new unit...Trying to keep from having to install new parts if old parts will already work...Just don't know if Lorance systems have interchangeable power cords and Transducer cords... I have a Explorist hand Held 200 Gps unit that is attached to my boat via a GPS Bracket made for the Explorist 200 unit. The Hand Held unit is smaller but works great as far as setting way points and having the maps already in it for the different lakes and Rivers I fish. No complaints at all with this unit.
Thanks for the help but trying to be as informative as possible, so that my question might be able to be answered and save me time....

I'm pretty sure the Connections have changed, shoot Lowrance an E-mail they will let you know..Sometimes it takes a week or so for a answer but they usually answer e-mails.

I would just call them, they are very helpful. It does take a while to get through, but it's a 800 # so who cares.
