Just a tip, the softness of the plastic is controled by the manufacturer of the plastisol, but there are additives to make it harder. I used to buy mine from Southern Plastics in Eufala Alabama and they made a really nice, soft plastic. I don't know how small an amount they will sell, I bought mine in 55 gallon drums.
