I was wondering if you, or anyone else, might know of a warranty on silstar rods. They are the 2 piece 10 footers that I got so I could try the FNF. I bought it at the Jim Strader show this past year.(I actually bought 2 of them) I have never used it. I was spooling my reel and lightly pulled on the line to see how much flex the rod had when the first 6-8 inches or so just broke off. I was shocked. The rod was bowed only about 2 foot. I would hate to see a nice smallie pull on it and it break that easy. If not, I guess i'm just out the $40.00. Work permitting I would love to go to Dale with you guys in December. I never have done the FNF, but I want to really bad.
