Rough River

I am new to the lake. Need some advice on techiniques and whether to fish up toward dam are on the other end. Thanks in advance.

if you're planning on fishing now then I wouldn't mess around very far at all up past panther creek on the south fork and don't go much past the north fork ramp on North fork. there won't be much water past either of those places. cave creek would be a good place to go this time of year there are sheer ledges for a long way in there you can't miss them when you go in. check a map and where the channel bumps against the big island just west of the laurel branch ramp. there will usually be some fish there too. from there you're on your own lol.
