    Guide for Barkley or KY?

Are there any good guides for Barkley and/or KY lakes that work this time of year? Winter is the only time I have trouble catching fish on big lakes, but I want to learn. I would like to get a guide to help me out, and show me some spots and techniques for catching big lake winter bass. Do you have any suggestions?

I have used Dave Stewert. He is by far the best that I have used.

He is on this site or you could also go to kentuckylake.com. Follow the links to the fishing reports. Should be able to contact him there. He has a fishing report link and I think it has his e-mail.
    Hope this helps.

I am pretty sure that Dave doesn't guide in the winter, because he is out doing boat shows and seminars...

Dave will not be guiding until the end of February (he's at some fishing expos). He advertises on this website. Go to fishing reports, Kentucky, Barkley and look him up.

I've used Dave Stewart with (Bassbuster Guide Service) He is "Da MAN" on KY/Lake Barkley. I think he starts guiding in March, but check with him and see. Phone # is (270) 354-5039 and his email is [email protected]. His website is http://www.kentuckylake.com/bassbuster.htm He is the best. Going out with him again in April. Can't Wait Good luck
