I just got back from Kissimmee, was there all last week. Fishing was kind of tough as far as numbers, but we did manage 3 fish in the 8 to 10 pound range. The fish we caught were VERY shallow, in the 2ft range around the pads. Be very careful running because the lake is somewhere between 3 to 4 ft low. Nothing like running in 4 ft of water and all of a sudden hit 2 ft of water. Hope this helps.
