You will love this answer lol-i use 12 lb stren -some 10 and some 6 lb. But i don,t change my line until i start to lose a few good fish-like to give the fish a break i would never use a braid line as i don,t use a dip net---It just teaches me how to play a fish better and i don,t lose that many ether.
