    Replacing my on board Charger

I've got a three bank on board charger going have to replace and was thinking about getting the three bank Go Fish Bass Pro has. Has anyone try these chargers and what your opinions on them,Pro or Con.

Check dualpro.com first, they have reconditioned units for a lot less, and a year guarantee i think. Also if your old charger is a dualpro they will repair it cheaper than you can but new.

I've got a dual bank Go Fish charger on my duck boat and it's worked just fine.......to me it seems very compact compared to other brands.....

What brand are you replacing and why? Was it a bad one? How old is it? Just curious......

Re: Replacing my on board Charger

I got a 3 bank go fish from bass pro and there was something quirky with it when I hooked it up. I called support and they figured it out. I didn't think mine was working but it did. It was something to do with running the battery down a little by letting my trolling motor run for about 5 minutes and then start to charge. It was weird but it has worked fine now for about a year.

Re: Replacing my on board Charger

I've had the best luck out of the Dual Pro and wish I'd have kept mine off my last boat. I'm running a MinnKota right now and really can't complain as I've had not problems, but the Dual Pro had a better warranty and took a ton of abuse from where it was mounted.

I've got a DualPro 3-bank charger in my boat that has run 24/7 for almost 9 years and is still going strong. If/when it goes, it will be another DualPro that goes in it's place.
