Ossa Win Tha Resort

I am coming down in late March. Usually stay at Waterfront house but they are booked up this year. Was told to look at Ossa Win Tha....seem to be reasonably priced.....are their facilities descent? Will I be able to launch from the site or will I have to trailer a long ways to launch?

Any feedback would be apprecited.

Have stayed there the past three years. The ramp is a little rough but you can launch and keep your boat in the water the whole time your there. They do have a boat dock with 15 or so slips not covered. The cabins are older but its a place to sleep and kick back. This is an ideal place for a group of guys or even the family if you enjoy the basic commodities. Give me you e-mail and I can send you some pics I took last year of one of the nicest cabin there that we stay in. For the price you cant bet it. There is nothing furnished so you have to bring everything you need.
