I talked to both Thomas at Horse Creek and Stephen today from Dale Hollow One-Stop.

Thomas needs to know if some folks are going to be coming down. He has most of the cabins winterized and will opens them up as needed, but he needs a couple of days in advance to accommodate folks.
So far I know that Caldwell has a cabin and myself, Bje, and Wile E have hotel rooms.
The cabins are nice to have if you have 3-4 folks. So get a game plan together and call Horse Creek.
